Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh
Located in the Southern district of Andhra Pradesh named Anantapur, the border area of Karnataka, the plant has a steel melting shop, LRF (Ladle Refining Furnace) and a Re-rolling mill. With a capacity of 75,000 metric tonnes MS Billet per year and 75,000 metric tonnes TMT Bar, it manufactures MS Billets, Structural Steel and TMT Bars.
Bellary, Karnataka
Located in the Northern District of Karnataka, it has a primary integrated steel manufacturing unit, with a 22 MW captive power plant (WHRB), steel melting shop with LRF (Ladle Refining Furnace), DRI (Direct Reduction of Iron) and re-rolling mill. Bellary is also known as the steel city of India because of the availability of Iron Ore. The unit covers around 200 acres of land and annual production capacity of 72,000 metric tonnes GP Pipes. The plant manufactures MS Billets, Galvanised Sheet, Pipes and Sponge Iron.
Gauribidanur, Karnataka
Located in the Northern District of Karnataka named Chikkaballapur, the plant has a steel melting shop, LRF (Ladle Refining Furnace), and a re-rolling mill. It produces TMT Rods of sizes Fe500D, Fe550, Fe550D, and MS Billets. The unit has a production capacity of 2,00,000 metric tonnes MS Billet per year and 2,16,000 metric tonnes TMT Bar.
Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh
Located in the Anantapur District of Andhra Pradesh at a border location of Bellary District Karnataka, the unit covers around 50 acres of area. It has a Captive Power Plant (WHRB), DRI (Direct Reduction of Iron), and Steel Melting Shop along with LRF (Ladle Refining Furnace). The plant manufactures Sponge Iron, MS Billet.
Chikkantapur, Karnataka
Spread across 45 acres A one steel and alloys pvt Ltd at chikantapur, has ferro alloys plant which is installed with 4 furnace capacity manufacturing 7200 MT Met Coke Annually while 37100 MT Ferro Alloy Annually Its also equipped with a power plant of 12 megawat.
Koppal-Hospet, Karnataka
Located in the Koppal District of Karnataka, the unit covers around 125 acres of area. The plant has a captive power plant (WHRB) and Direct Reduction of Iron (DRI). It produces TMT bars using billets and sponge iron and has a capacity of 12,500 metric tonnes per month and 1,50,000 metric tonnes per year.
Bellary, Karnataka
A one gold pipe and tube unit is set over 27 acres. It is involved in processing procedures like pickling, cold roll, proposed annealing and manufacturing of GP sheets and GP pipes and purveys the topmost quality of cold roll, galvanised sheets along with galvanised pipe.At our Bellary plant, we produce 100,000 MT of sponge iron, 180,000 MT of MS billet, 200,000 MT of HR coil, and 120,000 MT of MS pipes. Additionally, we generate 22 MW of power through our captive power plant.
Captive Power Plant
To be sustainable, we generate 265 MW of green energy from our plants. In addition, we want to contribute to the environment by producing 250 MW of wind and 15 MW of solar energy for a better future and healthy space.
