Mr. Krishan Kumar Jalan is the Chairperson of A-One Steel Group. Leading the charge from the front with over 40 years of experience in entrepreneurial initiatives and businesses, including over a decade of experience in the steel industry, he plays a pivotal role in effectively delivering the company's performance. He fosters an open and inclusive discussion which challenges executives to lead to the upliftment of the group. Mr. Krishan Kumar Jalan brings values to the table, that have enabled the group to reach new heights and gain higher visibility in the markets today.
Mr. Jullian Jalan is the co-founder and director of A-One Steel Group. From implementing the company's vision to overseeing all business operations and ventures. Mr. Jullian Jalan lends his expertise to each major business aspect of the group — from business strategy, operations, sales and marketing, finance, and accounts objectives. Responsible for the successful leadership and management of the company, Mr. Jullian Jalan implements comprehensive business plans, enhances the company culture, and ensures a safe working environment.
Mr. Sandeep Kumar Jalan is the co-founder and director of A-One Steel Group. From implementing the company's vision to overseeing all business operations and ventures, Mr. Sandeep Kumar Jalan is responsible for the group's performance. He specializes in the technical aspects of the group and overlooks the production and operations of the business, offers strategic guidance and, makes sure to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations. Not just this, Mr. Sandeep Kumar Jalan develops and executes business strategies to attain the goals and drive maximum performance.
Mr. Umashankar Goenka is the CEO and director of A-One Steel Group. He is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the company. From making decisions in matters affecting operations and production to implementing strategy, he takes the lead responsibility for the smooth routine functioning of the group. Mr. Umashankar Goenka ensures that the company stays aligned with its vision of Rashtra Nirman Mein Samarpit and reaches new heights every day.
Mr. Pankaj Bansal is the chief financial officer of A-One Steel Group. He is primarily responsible for long-term planning, implementing, and managing all the financial activities of the business. Mr. Pankaj Bansal’s responsibilities majorly include working on strategies for financial business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. He is also required to maintain investor relations and partnership compliance.
Mr. N.M Rajendran oversees the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies. From reviewing marketing activities and setting goals to conducting market research and maintaining an appropriate image of the company, he handles it all to drive our audience's interests and sales of our products. Mr. N.M Rajendran also plays a pivotal role in managing new customers and upkeeping relationships with existing customers.
Mr. Saurabh Jindal takes care of looking after the finances for the international affairs for the group. He plays a major role in looking after the day-to-day activities for import and export management. From working with matters related to bank operations, finances, investments to credit facilities, he takes the lead responsibility for the smooth functioning on this side of the group. Mr. Saurabh Jindal ensures that the company stays aligned with its vision of the leadership team and ensures to work along the same direction.
